Simran wants to stop Ruhan from doing the drama of his illness and asks him what will the condition of his parents be when they come to know abut his illness. But Ruhan is determined that only in this way he can get rid of Suhana. Simran helplessly supports him. Naresh Madhvi gets happy to see Suhana praying for Ruhan and Simran. Abhi gets into trouble as he asks for leaves from his boss on demand of Piya. When Boss says that he will loose job if he takes leave, he goes back to work silently. Piya understands. Sandhya alleges Suhana that she has joined hands with Simran. Ruhan tells Suhana that he wanted to marry her but Suhana ruined everything by tearing the divorce papers. Suhana says she has realized that it was her mistake in coming between Ruhan and Simran. Ruhan gets happy inwardly. Ruhan then assures her that he will compensate her by taking care of her life, (monetary support) even if he dies. Suhana becomes happy. Suhana tells Simran that she does not want to come between her and Ruhan. But tells her how she and Ruhan enjoyed outside.
